At least one augmented reality app should be running on every iPhone 3GS. With Twitter 360 you can follow your Twitter streams thanks to the new Twitter geotagging in augmented reality style per Google Maps or per Live-View.
Other than the augmented reality function, Twitter 360 doesn't yet have much else to offer, but this should change quickly with the next update of this app.
